Interior panel fasteners and exterior supports for series or ideas replacements

I am getting read to put panel and headliners in my series. Would anyone have any on this side of the pond to sell? if not has anyone come up with a local option for these? Plus would any have a front panel supports like the  one seen in the second pic? I only need on of the top ones if anyone has any.
