2.5L NA Diesel parts

Good morning folks,

Does anyone have any 2.5L NA diesel engine parts kicking around in the Edmonton area?  I'd like to get my hands on a core cylinder head.  I think I've burnt a valve in mine and I'd like to do the machining and valve grinding over the Christmas break.

I had some, but your plan probably isn't very advisable.

Due to the age of most of those parts, and that many have had past machining and a long, dubious life history, it's probably better to pay the massive shipping cost and obtain a new aftermarket cylinder head without any hours on it. You could do plenty of work on something from parts unknown, and could still end up with some serious problems. They aren't made of any special sauce or anything.

Try calling Malcolm Englemann in Onoway (he's in the phone book).  He might have one kicking round.   No computer access though.
