LANDYS AND BEDFORD IN ICELAND

Just a few cool rides I found in and near Reykjavik Iceland during our 3 day stop over on way to Germany. I really liked the Bedford, its been on some serious off roads, as the spare tire will attest too!

VIKINGS ACROSS AFRICA on the side of door? Maybe this was an official African safari vehicle??

Yes, only did the golden circle, saw some landys all kitted up headn for the high country. Some other cool units, but as both my hands were on the wheel I could'nt snap the shots. I do have some cool landscape pics to post

bloody hell, lol it took me awhile to figure out how to resize them in HP picture viewer .. anyway only four for now.... gotta hit the sack its late in germany

When I was there in April last year most of the Landy's I saw had wide tires.  The snow wasn't gone long enough to switch to summer tires.

Oh don't worry I saw plenty of landys and other 4x4's sportn wide tires, I think they were for serious off road ventures  :-X
