There is a '72, 2A for sale on Rover-Landers, the British Columbia forum.  Looks to be in excellent condition with a $22K price to go with it.

Hey camo388 looking for a vehicle that not been painted , the areas that I got into can be pretty brushed in so I am hoping for it to be not cosmetically pretty. Also I am looking to spend around 15,000

Thanks

Really you should not need to spend more than $5000 for a mechanically sound, rust free, beat up 2/2A.  They come up now and again.

Great thanks Red90 that's basically what I am looking for , it would be nice with straight panels and faded paint.

Have you looked at this one?  https://www.kijiji.ca/v-cars-trucks/calgary/land-rover-series-3/1429132240  Yes, a Series 3, but looks the sort of thing you are looking for.  Should sell less than the asking.

True but kinda stuck on a series 2 before they moved the headlights to the wings.

Hi Eze

Are you still looking for a Series 2a? I am working on a '80 109 2a (Santana). And I am thinking that I will be selling it. The vast majority has been sorted out including a rebuilt 2.5 l diesel. It will be more than your looking price but you may find it is worth it.
