Shawn Ward has opened the Grenadier dealer in Calgary.  It's at Grand Touring Auto, the Aston Martin/ Bentley dealer in Glendeer Circle.  You can also pick up a new Bugatti there too if that's more your jam.

Quite the showing of an eclectic range of pretty much anything you can imagine.  Over 1000 vehicles.  Lots of the usual American muscle.

The only Landy I saw was a nicely restored 1969 SIIa the day before the show. Of course it had its bonnet up having some fuel issues.

Here is a pic of the 'Best in Show' that got my vote.

Good Afternoon, all the trials are getting closer. with that in mind this Saturday the 27th oct i would like to get some trail maintenance and may be a little course set up done i would like to meet out at lee's around 9.00am if those of you with chain saws and gas powered strummers could bring them that would be a great help. A large amount was done earlier in the year but we all know how fast the bush can grow so I am expecting to have a little more clean up. There is also the possibility of using some more of the area but we will need to see what we can access on the day. If anyone wants to meet up a little earlier to head un just let me know can always set off from one of the Timy's ( i am just waiting on a call back from Lee to confirm the timing. but this should work) can all those hoping to come to the maintenance let me know and also what equipment they are hoping to bring thanks

Selling my 2001 Quad Cab. A few of you on here helped me do the full chassis swap back in 2019 after I moved it back from the UK.

Advert from AutoTrader: If you're looking for an adventure machine or an investment opportunity or both - this TD5 Defender can deliver. I purchased during a stint overseas in the UK and imported in 2017 as part of an investment plan to resto-mod. Only 13000km put on since the truck has been in Canada over the last 6 years.

Fully registered and insured in Alberta with all import and inspection documents available from date of import. Plenty of work has been done as per this non-exhaustive list (mostly done in 2019):
- Full chassis swap for new galvanized & powder coated chassis
- New suspension on all 4 corners (coils & shocks)
- Brake work included brake pads, calipers & all brake lines
- New wheels and tires (OEM wheel/tire package available also)
- New front shock turrets
- New rear shock mounts
- Replacement radius arms, A-arm & articulating joint
- New panhard bar
- New polyurethatne bushings
- New front and rear bumpers plus grill and headlight surrounds
- New fuel pump
- New fuel tank straps
- Windshield rubber gasket
- Rear floor and driver's side footwell
- New seat belts and reconditioned seat brackets.
- Heated seat pads installed
- New universal joint in prop shaft

The truck is mechanically sound with all systems functioning including all 4WD modes so it is ready for more adventures or to serve as a great foundation to complete the full restoration. This won't be the 'cleanest' Defender on the market and is priced as such. I have other photos not posted, appraisal documents and service records since ownership. I will happily answer questions for serious buyers only.

Asking $32K on AT but for ALRE folks am very willing to negotiate. Not interested in trades.
