sorry for the very late post i still have not hear back from one of the members about the exact date for two of the events so i will post it all as is:

1, South loop trails at Lee's proposed for end of April beginning of may
2, All British field meet June 13th
3, The ultimate car show Wetaskiwin July 11th
4, Farnham Glacier Trip preposed for July/Aug by bill
5, SGMT ( Sean green memorial trials) Sept 19th
6, Conklin wagon trail Oct 17/18
there has also been suggested a canoe trip from Devon back in to the city no date decided yet
A family BBQ to be held in the Edmonton area during July and lastly a trip out to peters pond brule area
of cause if any one else has an idea feel free to put it out there and we can see what sparks peoples imaginations

Hi everybody,

I'm thinking of planning a trip down to whipsaw with my friend michael, almost like a mini-mackenzie before we do the mackenzie next year and was seeing if there would be any interest among the group for both of us have never really been down there but it is a good 100km loop trail out in Princeton,BC looking at being gone for around a week so if anyone is interested let me know.

Total mileage is around 2100km give or take

Hey Gang!!!

The Ruby Falls trip set was a hoot even if we didn't make it into the falls.  Chris came with his family Subaru which did a great job of blinding the windscreen with snow it was kicking up.  But we left it at the trail head and he jumped into my 110.  We missed Abdu and his friend Mike as they went to the wrong staging area, to the north of Ruby Creek instead of the south.  Dave Brandson, Isaac and I went in as far as we could but ran out of time.  And with my winch note working it made getting unstuck a bit more problematic.    On our way back out we ran into Abdu, Mike and the horde of 6 or 8 vehicles.  They got tired of waiting for us LOL.  It took them well into the dark but they made it in to Ruby falls and spend the night camping there.  With 8" of new snow the trail up the creek was very difficult to follow, and it made the adventure all the more fun.

Chris Krammer has volunteered to take the lead on the Reynold's Museum's History Mile car show for the club so if you are interested in attending please send Chris a note.  It's a great day out for the whole family and access to the museum is included.

The 2026 Trip planning meeting at Dave Lovelock's home went very well and we have several event options to start the season off with.  But it never hurts to have too many.

If you have something going on or can think of something to add please send us a note and let us know about your trip or projects.    I'm sure there's lots of interest out there.......

They have offered us the option of ordering from their LUNCH MENU (see jpg below).  These prices are very reasonable and all they ask is that we pay a $3/person surcharge for the dinner service.  This looks very reasonable.  So.....we are going to continue using the Pearl River for the foreseeable future, if everyone is on board ;-)

Thanks for the feedback guys.
I had Dura Tracs as well and loved them, unfortunately they aged out with lots of tread still on them.
I went with the Wildpeaks and they are so much quieter!
I will let you know how they do over the next few days in the snow and ice.

Defender 1983–2006 Series (200TDi, 300TDi Diesel and TD5)

Defender 2007–2016 Defender Puma (2.2 L & 2.4 L TDCi Diesels)

Bought for my defender but supposedly not compatible for early exmod. Paid $250 so looking for $150, but open to offers given it's currently a paperweight.
