After
a few more play days and adventures with fellow club members I decided
to allow my Land Rover infection to take a stronger hold of me. I sought
out and purchased a 1989 Land Rover 90 County. Reportedly it spent the
first part of its life in Greece before finding its way back to the
UK then to Vancouver and eventually to my garage (What have I done?!!)
Once
again, with the invaluable help and support of club members, my D-90
has become a fun, mostly reliable and luxurious ride (compared to the
metal dashed Series!) The Series will always be special to me as it
is my first "Real Land Rover" still sporting many old and a few new
dents in every body panel.
