re-installing alpine / skylight windows

Hi there

I am looking for instructions, hints, and tricks on how to reinstall the alpine or skylight windows. I have installed several front and rear windshields (other projects) and the rear door glass using the ole string and soapy water method. The alpine windows are way more finicky. I am using Brit Part seals which could be an issue; they do seem stiffer than other seals I have used for very similar applications. 

Any suggestions are welcome.

Pop over to Bert's shop and ask them about the set they just installed in a 110 CSW.   They maybe able to share some tips with you  ;)
