Well it's almost the May Long weekend again and that means it must be time for the annual trek to the Cypress Hills for a spot of early season camping & sight seeing.

Weather is unpredictable.
Off roading can be easy or challenging depending on the above but not really damaging to vehicles.
Vistas are beautiful.
Family type event with lots for the young-uns to do and see.
Camping is excellent.

If anyone is interested in attending we will be in the 'Terrace' campground on the Saskatchewan side again this year.

Sounds like another great weekend but I'm still across the pond ::)

It's been awhile since we saw anyone but the 'usual suspects' make it out for this one. Understandably it's a long way to come for a weekend. Especially from Blighty! Lol.

However it's a fun start to the season and a nice relaxed gentle break in for any modifications, repairs or improvements you may have made to your rig or camping gear during the winter months.

Weather is looking good too
