I run 255/85r16 on my 90 and 235/85r16 on my RRC. When I had series trucks it was 7.50x16 until they became hard to get then it was 235/85r16.

So I do know that 235 85 r16 is the "SWEET SPOT" and was wondering does anyone know or have tried to run a 245 or 265 size tire and if it worked?
I know 235 80 R16 is the recommended, but just thought i ask the group.

From what I can find, this one https://www.thewrenchmonkey.ca/products/auto-parts/four-seasons/35407/ (also available through local sources/other brands) will fit, but requires slightly different mount holes in the snail housing.

Direct fit ones are available through the usual Land Rover parts sources, but are more expensive and provide the same weak airflow as originally supplied.

Greetings from jolly old....  I've been up in the North Yorkshire hills on two separate occasions so far and the views have been stellar!!!!   Windy too.... And what's a trip into the dales without finding some idiot stuck on a steep switch back in a motorhome🤨
