Well in case someone feels like they can't replace and or build head liners and side panels for a 2A.... you can do it!
the grey material was bought at Airdrie Canvas and the headliner Mat'l was bought at DeGreeves in Calgary. The board mat'l was purchased at Home depot.

So taking a look at fires because I forgot those exist for some reason looks like at this time Princeton and the surrounding area are on evacuation order i may tentatively cancel the trip for now but see how fires and the like are going worse case I think the alternative idea I have is doing a camping roadtrip to Drumheller and going out to ghost after

Still working on the battery box and slowly getting there! Built anderson connectors so I can boost the defender and access power without pulling the front seat up:




Installed the batteries and looks like a bit of a rats nest right now!


I'll tidy this up some more once I get the dash done.  Still some work here.....

Not sure if I shared my insulated battery box yet but here it is with the thermostaticly controlled heaters

Hi guys. I am just wiring up my defender 110 and since I didn't take disassembly photos of the Earth points, I'm not exactly sure where these main earth point wires go. There is one from the battery directly. Does that go to the chassis or the transfer case? There is a strap like earth wire that I imagine goes between the engine and the chassis? There's not really very good references online. Any photos would be great!

Follow up...... this little oak seedling is only about a foot tall now and would be easy to transplant.  It will become a lovely shade tree for the yard, and having a tap root will withstand high winds well.

Quercus alba is the Latin name if you want to look it up😉👋
