I did some work on the heater pipes, replaced them with hoses. I left one hose disconnected to allow the air in the heater rad to come out. I turned the key and the engine started. I had to turn it off quickly because the coolant would end up on the floor, when I turn it off the horn honked twice. I guess I touched the lock button, I reconnected the hose and tried the start the engine again. It just won't start, I tried swapping relays, I rebooted the ECM and checked all the fuses, IT WONT START.
Fixed - it was a loose ground connection in the passenger side near the ECM. Thanks Jon Cron
