Where in the Edmonton area can I get some? (Or a suitable replacement) both are mentioned in the manual but having trouble finding any locally.

I still have a few tubes of Hylomar Blue left and they are $9 /tube...I like this stuff ;)

Princess sells a few different Permatex sealants too like ultra black.   They work okay too.
