Alpine Window Seal Installation tool(s)

Would anyone in the group have a good grasp on how install Alpine Seal and have an Alpine Seat installation tool or tools that I could borrow? please see attached pics for what I am looking for...
There is the odd video out there but I am looking for any other special ways to install them...
