Can anyone tell me the cost of a heated or not heated windshield installed.

D2. Non heated is about $600 with the weather strip at the top.
Heated is about $110 more.

D1 & RRC are a little cheaper but not much.

RRS, LR3/4 & FFRR run around $800.

Defender... good luck.
No Road Except For Land-Rover.
