Moab city sister in Alberta

Hi everybody. Been a while since I have been here.
Many of us had the opportunity to visit Moab and enjoyed the vast options of trails within the area surrounding the town.

I am interested in pushing the idea of creating this concept within Alberta. A town with great off-road trails that can become a destination for off-road enthusiasts in the winter and the summer.

Only place I can think of is Bragg creek with McLean creek trail system nearby? Maybe Cochrane if they opened more trails in the Ghost PLUZ
