smoking deal on genuine Pelican yellow IM2500 case

I bought one of these cases from Princess Auto a few months ago. It looks like they were bought surplus new, and never issued. They have a bulky electrical port cover on the top of case with gasket. This could be removed and replaced with flat aluminum or stainless to cover the hole in plastic.

They were asking $149 for the surplus cases, they have a pile of them now in GP. They are on sale now for $80 until January 1. As they're surplus, when they're gone, it'll be over. This IM2500 case is $363 at Acklands-Grainger.

I bought the much larger Pelican IM2750 case from them as well, and they're all gone now. Ive found Pelican to be the best cases, UK Cases has moved to New Brunswick, and they're a close second.

Nanuk cases are pricey, and they don't seem to offer any more quality. The aftermarket CT/PA stuff is mostly junk, and it breaks easily
