Disco radio code

A few years back, I had an ECM failure on my D1. Replaced it with a functional one from one of the parts trucks we've accumulated, ran fine again. Unfortunately, no radio code was to be found with that donor unit. Anyone out there know how one solves this issue?

Call the dealer. The service department can unlock the radio based on the vin if it is still the factory fitted unit.
They used to ask for proof of ownership  but I doubt that anyone cares about that anymore. Nobody steals Discovery 1 radios.
