The catch style is for Series 3 trucks (check your style) and was also used on MOD Defenders.

I bought these new and had them on my truck for around 6 months.  I changed them out because the hole for the exterior handle is punched around 10 mm too high.  This makes it annoying to use the exterior handles, at least with the newest style anti-burst latches.  It may be that they work correctly with the earlier non-anti-burst style.  I'm not sure.

If the hole location does not bother you, use as is.  If it does, you can re-skin the doors.
