Clutch Kit and Rear Main Seal

Hi There,

My clutch release bearing is going so I'm looking for a clutch kit and (while I'm there) a rear main seal.  I have a 1995 Defender 300Tdi with an R380.  Does anyone know a genuine or approved clutch kit I can buy locally?  Same with the seal...
