I've gone and found myself a 1985 110" ex-mil truck with a half-disassembled 2.5L NA engine missing some key bits (alternator, starter, etc). If someone has a 200tdi in any sort of usable condition, it would be worth the extra cash to rebuild it instead of this motor for getting up those big Alberta hills.
Also on the lookout for a truck cab in decent shape. This is an ex-mil utility truck so any spare military bits you have lying around may be able to replace some of the damaged or missing parts on this truck.
