I'm not sure what to make of this but here it is:

That would be a spendy modification. $1800+ for the turbo kits, then all of that again (well, more I would think) for a rad, intercooler, and fans to handle it.
It is not intended for a NA, but for a TD. I cannot comprehend how there would be any market for it.
No mention I could see about claimed performance gains.
I suspect there is a likely hood that a person that did use this kit would be looking for a new engine before too long assuming they tried to squeeze much more performance out of a 12J or 19J motor.
