Well, got a date finally. May 25. Hope it works, can hardly walk or drive anymore. Heart tests came out OK, pulse back to normal. Don't know what happened there. But it held things up for a bit. My friend who had both hips done at the same time, in Oct. is doing fine. He said the physio was brutal. I guess that's because he didn't have a good leg to stand on. ha,ha.
That's great news, glad to hear it didn't get bumped back.
Regarding physio, with the posterior approach it does take some time, and pain, through physio. With the muscles having been cut, you'll need to give them time to reconnect and heal up. Having one good leg though will certainly help that process a long.
Best of luck with the surgery, and a quick recovery!
Thanks Trevor. I hope the other side holds off for a few years, or else there will be a nice 1968 109 for sale.
That's good to hear Gerry!!!!!
