It' time for my favorite vehicle to go after about 8 years of ownership. As my wife's daily driver we wanted something smaller as a runabout downtown Calgary.
It's a 7 seater with the HD package, 4.4l V8. When we got it, it came with the 'G4' package, which included a dealer installed front grill guard, roof rack, snorkle, rear ladder and 9500 lb Warn winch. The winch carrier and roof rack are in the garage and will be included with the vehicle, though the Warn winch motor corroded and no longer functions. You are welcome to have it and replace the winch motor.
There are 2 sets of wheels, the ones mounted now are aftermarket with Cooper 3-peak all weather tires.
In the time We've had it there has been a lot of work done.
- 3 out of 4 A-arm pairs have been replaced
- 2 airbags
- water pump and plastic cross over pipes and hoses
- alternator
- one wheel hub
- transmission fluid 3 times, including aftermarket transmission pan with separate filter
- spark plugs
- headlamps
- 2nd set of tan leather seats from a slightly newer LR
- 2 genuine key fobs and ignition from Land Rover Calgary that are a few years old.
The not good...
- over 300k
- cracked glass
- fuel mileage is what it's always been... not fantastic.
