They ship by Royal Mail. I've ordered parts from Rimmer's and as long as the parts are fairly small & light they ship by mail as well. Most of the time it only takes 6 to 8 days to get to Bashaw ( back water Alberta :) ) and I figure most of that time is our postal system :o
