Title: the Jade Bedford
Post by: ugly_90 on March 08, 2016, 08:34 PM
Watching " Jade Fever " on Discovery, and noticed a BATUS tan Bedford TM. I think they must have got it at a good price.

Good in rough land, probably not a heavy hauler though.

To note, there's also " Big Fix Alaska" on Nat Geo. also looks good.

I had to watch very close to catch it's military plate.  It had GT as letters so in service in 1978.  The same year as my Lightweights.

IIRC they are 8 ton payload.

I do remember they being "new" compared to the 4 ton MK's.
