Title: Unknown drive shaft

Any one know this part number ?

Trying to figure out if it's for a Defender but when I google number
It shows prop shaft, but not for what it is.

That's too short for defender front or back, by the looks of it.    I don't think it's for a series either.  Not a discovery or a range rover......   I don't think it's for a land rover ???

it's a military NSN number 2520-99-835-5918 for a propeller shaft but I can't figure out for what

Thanks, I was stumped thought it was for a defender front and the price was dirt cheap for a dozen of them. A shot in the dark

Measure the length collapsed.  Easy enough to check what it fits. Normal Rover flanges are a 2" and 2-3/8" bolt spacing.

This page http://www.thexmod.com/item_detail.asp?id=4612 says it is for a 9CVT.

good find john!   Tracked combat vehicle.    Now that would be a useful part then wouldn't it ahhahahahhahahaha

Anyone need a Spartan for rush hour traffic?  It may be the closest any of us will get to an Austin Martin 8)
