D2 stalling issue

My d2 did a couple passes thru a 2 foot deep puddle at some speed yesterday. Right after the engine would only idle but bog out if I tried to rev it up. It idled nice and smooth for a couple hours as I hoped to dry it out,but no change. Towed it home and today it will start right up,idle smooth for a few seconds then quit.restarts fine . Yes,it did inhale some water,but level was well below intake. Swapped out TP and MAF sensors checked fuel pump. Any suggestions?

Could be bad plug wires arcing, start up at night see if you can notice any arcing.
