Just found this on google street view at the staging area for the Ross River Ferry, the BC Roverlanders gang from 2009:

Oh now that's just priceless!!!!   Being in the right place at the right time!!!   In the right vehicle too.....     Now wheres's the thumbs up icon!??!?!

Is that the same trip that Norman took part in? I think that might be his 90 at the rear with the roof tent?

Yup, Him and Andy did the trip.     The got stopped by the first big water crossing as they couldn't find a ready place to cross up or down stream.    Fuel was becoming a concern with a couple of the vehicles too.    They took a long time getting in but came in a fraction of the time, and all had the same dented rear right finder, just behind the wheel.    But it sounded like a great adventure!!!! ;D
