Does anyone know if there is a way of adding power assist to the clutch peddle in a manual 1993 Range Rover?

Google up remote booster and you will get some ideas. You can get boosters for brakes that sit in the line between the master and the brakes and they can work on clutches as well.   It is probably the easiest way to go.

That was the search term I needed, looks like good old Lockheed made loads of them over the years and there are aftermarket kits available. Should be able to find something that will work with the RRC. Looks like they can reduce pedal pressure around 70%

This sounds interesting Andrew!   Can you document your efforts if you go this route so we can post it in the tech section please?
Cheers, Bill

correction... about 50% reduction in pedal pressure.

Installation instructions for the unit that looks most likely to work as a clutch booster in the RRC:

One thing to add.  With a clutch install, adding a vacuum reservoir is a good idea, so you don't run out of vacuum in a parking lot situation.
