I have QTY8 retired GPS units, Garmin GPSmap 276C suitable for offroad use. $125/ea, tested, with DC power cord, no accessories.
These eight units are discontinued.

The related and current 276Cx is still orderable, and doesn't appear to be cheap.
Data cards installed and, if so, what size? Asking as you need one to put maps on them and they are a special card.
Stock accessories included? (USB-PC interface cable, Power/data cable, Marine mount, AC adapter). Batteries still have life in them?
The 276CX is a substantially different beast. https://www.garmin.com/en-US/blog/featured-2/announcement-gpsmap-276cx/
It's a used unit without accessories. You'll need to buy removable memory and latest maps for your intended application. The last patchmaps I updated here with provided memory was about $90, but that seemed to be a commercial price.
You're on your own for buying patchmaps, bushmaps, or nautical maps and memory. I do expect these units were around $800/ea when new. I believe the $125 is fair.
There's quite a few used for sale on ebay (US), ranging in the $250 --> $400 range. That's asking price of course so who knows whether they sell for that. But CAN$125 seems pretty fair in relation to that.
Take them before the northern or Toyota guys find out about these... these are ex off-road emergency service..
