Registering a series rover

G'day fellow rover builders. I notice our rovers have very short vin numbers. Are they all you need to register in alberta or do we need to get new vins issued. Thanks for any info.

The manufactures VIN or serial number is what you will register the car under, even in the classic lines.    It took some convincing at the registries office that my land rover actual had a different number of digits then what they were expecting for the NA vehicles.
