LHD steel defender instrument binnacle upgrade, group buy.

For the past few years, i've been toying with getting a steel LHD binnacle in for my 110, and now I need it.

The plastic LR binnacle that holds the instrument cluster seems always to be broken or breaking, especially at the tabs.

Some of the guys in the US are doing the same there, and I would like to have our own order here as a club. Let me know if there's any interest having these in. It looks like they get a discount at ten units.

There seems to also be Australian produced steel binnacles, and I think they were priced better. Great also that the exchange rates are nearly the same between CAD and AUD.

Perhaps I'm confused.  Your second link is a binnacle mount.  The first is for a binnacle.  Mounts are not left and right hand drive.  Just the binnacles themselves.  Here is Raptor's mount: http://www.raptor-engineering.co.uk/product/defender-s111-binnacle-mount/  Raptor makes both mounts and binnacles in steel.

Okay,  The Raptor one is the cheaper one.  37 UKP versus 99 AUD.  Basically $65 Canadian versus $100,  There are no left hand and right hand versions.  They are the same for both sides.

If it were me I would just buy direct.  The group buy on Defendersource probably won't go anywhere and after you pay shipping to the States and then to here with dealing with customs twice, you will spend more.
