The x-eng items that BP carries are designed to be tightened and loosened by hand so the plastic threads in the hole are stripped out.   They run a bit over 6 bucks.

Lots of people replace the whole tee with a steel version. That is certainly the way I would go long term.

Bill are you sure that is 10 mm?  I thought TD5s used a 6 mm bleed.

Yup, That aluminium screw will fit both the td5 and the petrol engines. ;)    And you have a choice blue or red. ahhahahhah
