My preference has been using garden sprayer with the spray removed.  Pump them up, stick it in, clip the valve open and relax.  Slower, but less effort.

I agree there are likely plenty of hand pumps out there.  What caught my attention with this one was it was made to fit an oil container and the clear hose shows that oil is being delivered.  I tend to make a mess of things every time I need to top up gearbox or rear ends. ;D  Maybe not so much if I had this hand pump.

Yes, my link shows various models that do that exact thing.

Princess auto puts the small ones on sale in the spring (anytime now).   I do the same thing and it works a treat ;-)
