Hi. I am feeling pretty stupid right now and hoping someone can help me out. I gave away the old head for my 2.25 petrol and only today realized I need the rocker-arm assy.... Need I say more?

Good thing I have two vehicles to work on, eh? :P
The obvious would be to ask if you can get the rocker-arm assembly back. Possibly he doesn't need it.
I have one here but at this time do not know its condition.
The condition might be to the point where you would want/need to order new parts. So wondering if you could be farther ahead to just buy all new?
I haven't priced rocker-arm assembly so no idea of cost.
It is snowing here so stayed inside and I did a quick check of parts needed and their prices from LR Series, Land Rover parts.
OH OH :o Works out to be 233.25 POUNDS or $442.00 before freight and duty.
This may differ some what as some parts are based on serial number.
