Have three ex-utility DC converters, removed from working service. They convert 24V to 12V and were used in a mission-critical radio site for 20 years under controlled temperature and low dust. These are much heavier duty than earlier ones passed around before. Being as old as they are, the parts are through-hole and discrete. Should be repairable for many more years, unlike modern equipment.
