It seems like they've had some trouble overseas, partly from Chinese tyres on Russian heavy equipment. Apparently, you can't leave your vehicle parked for a year, and then go airing down overloaded tyres without sidewall failure.
They must have got a steal of a deal on those tyres for that $15M Pantsir-S1. Never a place to save money.
Supposedly, the Yellow Sea YS20 that they're using are poorly made XZL or XCL copies.
Hehe, nice.
Avoid Chinese shit whenever possible.
