Rock 'n' August Parade / Show 'n' Shine

Hey All, 

It's pretty early on, but at this point I wanted to gauge everybody's interest for these two events: 

-   On August 11th, there's a vehicle parade through St. Albert, and
-   On August 12th, is the annual Rock 'n' August Show 'n' Shine.

Both events are a lot of fun, and very kid-friendly.  The Show 'n' Shine is at the Lions' Park in St. Albert, which has some playgrounds, food trucks/vendors, a farmers market, river valley and walking paths all nearby.  There's about 800+ cars that show up, and it's always made for a great day. 

The event raises funds for the Alberta Diabetes Foundation, so there is a registration fee of $25 – but for a good cause. 

I've chatted with the organizers, and as far as club involvement is concerned, it'd be fairly easy – literally a drive in, drive out sort of deal.  Depending on the level of interest, I can request a section of the field for us – or we can just show up in a convoy and park wherever there's room.
