John and I took the defenders to the import car show today with a local 4x4 club.  ( turns out to be young kids with more money spent on their jeeps than sense)  The place was filled with alot of Japanese souped up cars and very loud annoying music.  Kind of felt like Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino.  met a couple of folks who knew or liked Land Rovers but after 1 hour we headed off to see the classic car show where things were older than me.  met a young mechanic who just came over from England who likes working on european  diesels.
