Title: 90 ex mod tire/Rim replacement

Looking at using Aluminum 16 disco 1 rims for daily town driving and keeping the Wolf rims with the 7.50/16 for trial riding. My question is what is the ideal tire size to put on the 16 inch disco rims where I won't rub or have any issues.

235/85-16 should work fine without rubbing I believe that size was standard fitment on the defender 110 with boost alloys. It's also very close to the 750's that you are running...

If you are not aware, you will need to clearance things a bit to fit the alloys to the early axles. They hit the drive flange bolts.
