Most people use the Gaptool, I have it for my 07 LR3, can see any diagnostic code, adjust things like suspension, turn off parking sensors so you don't get the beep if one fails, tons of things. I can't think of any diagnostic tools better then it for the price, they're around $700. They plug into your OBD port and Bluetooth to your phone using an app.

Thanks Chris
That's the I think I will get. $700 is the price for oil change and filters at a dealership!

You are not wrong   :'(
If you find a used one you can save a few coins, I snagged mine for $350, though it costs $50 to transfer vehicles (they lock to your vehicles VIN, so you gotta transfer them if you buy a used one)
