Official date is now set for Feb 15th 6:30-9 pm at Lansdowne Community hall 4915-124 st
The hall is kind of hidden behind the school. Look for the rink lights and you will find it.
Plenty of parking so come on out with lots of ideas for fun and frivolity!
If anyone from Calgary has an idea to pitch let me know.
cheers
David
ROFL you can ignore the email I just sent you .....Thanks David!
Great Dave. I will be attending.
Cheers. Emad
Will planning for the AMT take place this night as well, or will that be a separate occasion?

No, this meeting will be for general club outings, proposals and dates, so we can start getting the 2018 calendar organized.
Specific planning for trips like the AMT will be held separately as they generally take up too much time on their own ;-)
Today is the day!!

Hehe, I guess that's what happens when you don't go to the meeting...your name gets tagged as running an event. ;D
I'm not heading the AMT John. I think Bill has that honor this year.
